Reiki Energy Healing
Awaken and embrace your own inner healing and wisdom through experiencing the ancient healing practices of traditional Japanese reiki blended with modern energy healing practices.

Once your system is aligned with the frequencies of healing, this session builds on the Nervous System Reset through intuitively focused healing of specific challenges or blockages in your physical, emotional, and/or energetic systems.
This session includes a blend of energy healing, sound healing, vibrational frequency healing, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, and chakra balancing. There is also time to reflect and receive intuitive messages from spirit.
You will also receive a summary write-up after the session with additional intuitive suggestions and resources to support you on your healing journey.
70-75 minutes - $125 with a sliding scale down to $75
90 minutes - $165 with a sliding scale down to $90

Resetting the nervous system means shifting out of the fight or flight constant state of stress that our modern lives have classified as "normal" and into a state of peace, ease, and flow. Deep healing and transformation can only happen when our system feels safe and supported. Give your nervous system a chance to heal.

40-45 minutes - $65 with a sliding scale down to $50

Distance Reiki sessions work exactly like in-person sessions, however they are conducted via phone/video chat.
Many clients are skeptical until they try it and report the same benefits as in-person sessions. We are connected during the entire session. You’ll have the opportunity to share, then I move between channeling energy in silence and sharing guided healing and intuitive messages.
Clients feel more refreshed and relaxed, and many can even physically feel the energy moving.
60 minute - $100 with a sliding scale down to $60

We also engage in conversation around the benefits of mindfulness, learn practical tips for integrating this practice into a daily routine, and strategies for managing stress. Participants leave feeling grounded, connected, centered, and inspired to live a more meaningful life.
